Brake Horror

A customer brought his 2006 Ford Mondeo car into us to have his brakes checked as he thought that he could hear noises under braking. When we removed the rear wheels the rear disc,s and pads were amonst the worst that we have seen, They were very badly corroded and worn thin but the brakes pads had been replaced fairly recently.
We informed the customer how bad and dangerous the condition of the brakes were. He told us that he had brought the car less than a month ago from a car dealer site. He told us to replace the disc,s and pads and to give him a report with his invoice to take back to the dealer.

He phoned us later in the week to tell us that the car site was empty and that the dealer had disappeared.
